After leaving my spinner 2 on charge for a good few hours again this morning, the button light went from Orange to Blue to White as normal and then it finally flashed and went off just like my ego batteries do when fully charged. So at least now I know that the light does in fact go off when its fully charged. It is a new battery so maybe the reason why it didn't flash and go off the first time is because it needed a few charges to get going ???

I just did some working out on a vaping calc, and for a 1300mah battery set at 3.8v and with a 2ohm coil, you should get 40min of vape time that's works out at 480 @ 5 second puffs. This will change depending on voltage setting and coil resistance. Changing to a 1.5ohm coil and it drops to 30min, 360 5second puffs

Well, I don't know what happened, but my third attempt at using one of the V2's gave me a total of 19 3/4hrs vaping!! Quite a lot better than the measly 8 hours I'd been getting from both of them. I'm on the second V2 right now to see if that one will last as long too. I have 3 chargers so I'm not sure if using a different one made the difference, because I didn't note which one it was - but the charging is working as normal on my original charger I bought with my first Ego batteries, and the first battery has now been charging for 5 hours with no charging problems at all so far. Fingers crossed for the second battery.

Because of the charging issues I contacted the vendor I purchased my original SS Spinner v2 from and explained the issues, I was advised to 'send it back for a replacement as it may be faulty' so I sent it back to them and although took a while, was sent a replacement. I'm having exactly the same charging issues again with the new one (go to charge, 20 mins later says full charge, take off charge, put on charge again and full charge starts) but oddly enough the colour of the voltage dial and the top section is a different finish to my first one! My first SS Spinner voltage dial and top sections were shiny silver and on the replacement SS Spinner the same sections are a really dark shiny silver, almost black colour What colour should the authentic SS Spinner look like and has anyone else had this too?

@sadie22 that pic is a great help, seems I definately have a genuine. What put me off initially was difference in the colours/finish of the voltage dial and top sections between the 1st Spinner I had and 2nd Spinner I have now but both genuine by the looks of it. One other thing, the button press my new one only lasts 6 seconds

And one of the things to remember is scratch off the silver foil off the security label on the inner box, and enter the code number on Vision's website here (at the bottom of the page) link When you enter the code and it says 'The code has been entered/checked xxxx times then the battery isn't a vision brand
