New member seeking urgent Tank/Juice advice ! :)

Hey guys, Brand new to AAEC and forums hehee!

so i hardly know anyone that smokes e-cigs, and have googled all over the place haha but there is just so much out there and so much information it can get a little tiresome.. So im looking for some advice.



Been smoking my e-cig for about a year now so you would think that i would atleast have a favourite juice/set up but im just completely clueless..

I am currently using a EVOD battery with a totally wicked BDC tank, I was on the EVOD tank but the guy at my local juice shop recommended this tank as one of the best they have.. And to be honest im not rating it that high.. I am after a quality small tank, im petite and small and dont like the idea of some huge piece of kit (lol)


Secondly juices? Argh theyre so infuriating !! Ive tried vapology, hangsen, dekang, bigjuice, victory vape amongst others and i just hate them all! Im really struggling, they only one i have ever liked i the totally wicked mixed berry (patriot range) and watermelon but at 6.99 for 10ml its just not worth. Is this my tank personal tastes?

I bought from vapology because everyone seemed to love it, but i just dont like them.. I got orange, cappuccino, blackberry and chocolate and honestly hated all of them its really put me off spending money online..  

I have just bought from LT ecigs, lemon cheesecake and mango to give a try.. but im starting to wonder if it is the kit im using? Bare in mind im not looking to spend to much money ive already invested so much buying different tanks to try and batteries (not tried variable voltage) im just starting to loose my temper lol! 

Any links/help would be greatly appreciated!

What flavour profile do you like?

Secondly any forum members know anything about the tanks she uses? I'm not clued up on the bdc type tanks.

Im mostly fruit well.. fruit sweet, mixed berry ones

Does your local vape shop not let you try juices in the shop? most do...

ETA... oops, crossed posts...  OK, do you like the style of tank?  Have you tried a top coil tank?  What is it about that one you don't like?

Pixilocks ello .... when you receive your juices, do you try them straight away or leave them for a while - that can alter the taste.

Sometimes yes, a smaller tank/single coil/smaller battery can affect the flavour and I am sure that pretty much everyone here gets a flavour that everyone raves about & you try it and it's ??? but keep going, don't give up!

There will be loads more people offering advice as well, most of it better than mine, so stick with it & we will get you where you want to be

Yeah ive steeped, and are currently steeping the lastest batch i bought.. but they just all taste the same and quite chemically.. I like bottom coils? The evod tank was my fav.. but because my juices have never tasted that good i decided to try this new one.. still maybe its the juices?

No sadly they dont which is bloody rubbish. How are you meant to know what you like? They only sell totally wicked anyway.. Which isnt the greatest brand lol

You'll get tonnes of different advice on eliquids but from my experience ( as I used to love the fruity flavours )

Try triphammer - he's got a very good assortment of fruity and dessert types of eliquid.

Or Redjuice has just started selling the American suicude bunny range

Or Halcyon haze do a small but very good range of fruity eliquids as well as an amazing gin and lemony.

OK, bottom coils... you have loads of choice... if you liked the EVOD, then there is the new dual coil Evod, or the mini protank 3, aerotank mini, Aspire BDC...  have a look here loads of choice and a great vendor with great prices

Also, check out Smoke Rainbow.  They sell 1ml samples for around 60p each so you can try loads without breaking the bank or ending up with loads of bottles of juice you don't like

Yes, Red Astaire I think you'll love, in all it's lushousness. And if you liked the evod why not go back? Less than a tenner for a half year's supply of replacement heads.

to be honest the evod tank was prob better than the new tank

but dont expect a night and day diff from the evod
i would say get some fresh coils/heads for it and give it another go(they do need to be changed regularly)

I'm a big fan of the Aerotanks, but I've not tried the mini's.  The airflow control makes a big difference.  They aren't cheap, but come with both the glass and stainless steel tanks, so you can mix it up a bit
