Removing the finish is easy though Much easier if you can but the colour you want and at the price I`m sure they will sell well and soon be out in every colour the other clones are Its just can you wait ?? lol

I haven't even bought a battery yet as I'm still using my ego twist hah I'm thinking they'll either release the full colour range or realise they sell well and bump the price up. Decisions decisions...hang on I'm sure I've got some coloured sticky backed plastic

Would they be suitable batteries for the mod, or should I try and find the Sony ones? Torchy has come up trumps every time I've needed batteries in the past and I'd like to continue buying from him if at all possible.

I'd of thought they will be fine providing device can take flat tops which just occurred to me I don't know on this.

Torchy is pretty trusted in vaping circles, which you probably know, and you could join ukvapers forum and ask him via PM.

Learnt lots off him regarding batteries via PM, and bought a few batteries from him for mods and torches.... never asked him why he doesn't sell the sonys, this could be a rewrapped sony battery though.

As for Torchy I wouldn't expect anything but a fair price from him.  If at all possible I'll continue to buy all of my batteries from him for as long as I can, but this is the first mod I've owned where it hasn't been a case of buy whatever 18650 he has in stock and whack it in!

First worry was the resistance reading on these, but mine is spot on. I have a couple of 1 ohm high stability 10 watt resistors in series on an atty and they ARE reading 2.0 ohms
