not a vape since Tuesday, help vape idea with sore throat

Morning all,
Well as you know I has been an very ill puppy since Tuesday, I made it through another night of super heated / super cooled sweats, shivering and shaking last night. Gail's had to work today and I had to get up coz mental neighbour's decided to start hedge trimming at 0845. My head hurt enough already. 
I really want a vape but yesterday I took one toke and threw up instantly. Any ideas for a super smooth vape????

Hoping today is the last day of feeling dog ruff!!

With a cold/cough, feeling generally rough, I turn to my horehound or spearmint mix. Find it easier and refreshing. Plus I don't tend to vape it as much as my adv

When I have a sore throat I use a mix with max VG and Mentholyptus flavour (I got it from Liberty Flights). It doesn't cure the throat, but it is a more comfortable vape.

Would I be better off making up a low nic high VG menthol with crystals or just add some VG to the menthol I have although I think its 80/20? Think I feel well enough I could follow instructions for a few ml mix lol.... Just!

don't forget for a very sore throat you can have a spoonful of vg from boots its what it was made for to start with

ronaldo totally forgotten about that. I'm caughing like a bloody smoker! Have to admit, I do not think it would be nice at all if I still was puffing away tbh. Shivers thinking about it.

ruffdog i have had a sore throat/cold turned to chest infection for 8 days & still coughing like a smoker, my adv is usually Cherry Menthol but 1 of days this week i could not vape at all as it was hurting deep down inside my chest

wonders if strepsils sore throat and cough will help quite strong, get them in tesco's or chemist, they are very good,

Well it was last night I suddenly thought, I bet this isn't actually helping in any way. Ie, I'm going through the flu as well as quitting nicotine cold turkey at the same time. I can't remember the last if ever time i went over 3 days without. The symptoms include dizziness and headaches and it got me thinking it may be helping me sweat also. Thoughts?
Well I just added 1ml of vg to the Ice Menthol sample from ciggy Juice as it was 70/30 18mg and about 4ml in the bottle. so if anyone wants to do the math?
cleaned my dripper and re-wicked and had at it,
Well I can't draw anything into my lungs thats for sure but just held the vapor in my gob for a bit. Then changed to the ice mint mojito which is full strength and did the same,
Started to feel as if my body was saying "You've had enough now" and we'll see.
No nic buz or anything but it might just make me feel a bit normal again.
I bloody hate menthol, always have.
Gail got me some new lemsip type stuff from the corner shop last night, it's Bechams flu extra or something and it honestly tastes like drinking antiseptic, really really horrid.
this coming from a man who actually likes the taste of Lemsips and their generic store ones.
Off for a coffee and see how i feel.
