Personally I've had good and bad from Fasttech, but then again I've had good and bad from UK vendors too. Nobody or business gets it right all of the time.

I now tend to wait on FT purchases and read the reviews (I've seen plenty of bad reviews on FT) and the discussion threads.

The discussion threads can be hilarious when new products are put up on FT with people thinking they can tell the ins and outs of a cats backside just by looking at a photo. Ignore them and wait for people to have the product in hand before jumping in.

Just like any other forums it doesn't take long to work out the users who know what they are talking about from those who don't.

Not used focal much, but the same rule for me would apply there too. Don't jump in, do a little research and you won't go far wrong.

The majority of my FT purchases have been very good and unbelievable value for money.

I never let shipping times bother me either. Made over 100 purchases from FT and every single one of them has turned up eventually.

Also when products have arrived damaged or faulty they have always been on ball with replacing them and to date I've never had to return the faulty or damaged product.

Can't fault your thinking here either robby. But again from my own experience, I've ordered twice from the focal group buy, delivery on both 17 days and 19 days bearing in mind both probably had a couple of days left on the time limit for the group buy, so not too bad. Although I think the Vamo group buy has caused Foclecig a headache due to supply  V  demand. Maybe some members could update how that is coming along. Probably the best service I've had on my last couple of purchases have been from the classies here. LOL. Just fortunate enough to I've been looking for what some members have been selling. Just bought a Jmmy Jack box from romney two weeks ago and its a cracking piece of equipment. On that note robby, have the Chinese managed to clone the Jimmy Jack yet ?

The discussions do point out a lot of possible pitfalls with items but unfortunately are infested with trolls who are only there to piss people off

I have to say my purchases from fasttech have been excellent. I may just be lucky but I keep expecting hold-ups or stuff falling apart and it doesn't happen.

They also do some great stuff besides vaping gear. This is one of my best electrical buys ever. Just love this thing.
