I'm enjoying the fogger 4.1, coils are a pain to do on first go,I reckon the fogger looks mint on a nemesis

Just got my V2 working spot on. >>> hang on >>>> quick vape>>>>> Yep. still working. I have had no luck getting the damn thing not to leak whilst filling but think i have it. upside down when put fill screw back on. then take AFC bottom off and clean juice. then it works with no gurgles. Seems impossible to get rid of the gurgles in the afc once it's flooded a little bit. 1.6ohm Rayon double twisted 0.2mm nothing sticking out, just built a wall on the inside of the channels.
PS: i cut the air pipe off and no insulator required under coil.
Working so far.
Ruffie.

Big thank you to paulrm fogger arrived today. I'll be having a crack at this tonight about 11 ish If you hear screams cursing etc you'll know its not going well. That deck is small like one of the mini duel coil drippers. Think I got some twisted 28 gauge made up might drop that in duel microcoil .

If you find a super build for it igual post some details if you can Ive tried various micro coils .7 ohm-1.3 and it doesn`t leak or gurgle, it doesn`t give any dry hits but it just doesn`t give a very good vape compared to what my kayfuns are doing . I don`t know if its me and how I`m building it or its just cack ???

OK I think I cracked it I'll post pics of attempt 1 attempt 2 n 3 I was getting annoyed but so far attempt 3 seems to be good as gold so here goes. Made up the coils using 8 1\2 wraps of .32mm kanthal and put a loop on 1 leg of each. Coils on 0.7 ohms Wicked with rayon Juiced and chimney on Now after 2 toots burnt flavour. Dumped juice out re wicked and trimmed wicks diagonally as juice holes were constricted. You guessed it burnt taste this time after 5 toots. Managed to dump half a tank of red Astaire all over the work bench ( least it smells nice) Attempt 3 pulled rayon again and had a think Let's treat it like a kayfun sod the juice channels. So re wicked it with rayon again and cut the rayon so it was on the deck + a smidge. Chimney back on re assembled and put about 4 mil in. No gurgles ,OK that's good not leaking yay go me Have a cautious toot hmm better, these were mouth to lung. Bugger it let's do it properly man up and steam for england . Biiiig lung inhale, expecting to for burnt taste instead lovely red astaire Immediately take another big toot still red no burning coomon burn dam you!!!! But you know what its good 4 heavy lung draws and its good as gold. One of my ugly mug lost in the clouds

Sometimes you just have to take your life in your hands and go for it. Whatever you do don't let it lay down tho, or you'll waste more RA.
You can wick the juice channels tho. Just a little rayon halfway down the channels stops it leaking if it decides it's tired and wants to lay down (less is more in this case). I trim my wicks to the deck then tease a little tail into the channels. Or at least ensure all 4 channels are completely covered by your wicks.

Ive done mine as per Ripshod `s instructions. Small amount of wick in the channels. I think Ive rebuilt it 4-5 times now with a selection of different juices and every set up is giving me the same outcome . Zero problems with wicking , Just a severe lack of flavour and not much fog unless I suck with all my might

Zero problems with wicking , Just a severe lack of flavour and not much fog unless I suck with all my might Sounds like too much wick in the juice channels. I build mine same as Todds build in his review vid, and it has a very loose draw, clouds that rival my Veritas, and twice the flavour of my KFL+V2. Fog v4 is hands down my favourite tank... It is easy to put too much wick down them channels though. you'd be surprised how little you need, but definitely don't leave the wick on the deck like a KF build... doesn't work well on a fogger. I have experienced the tightness and lack of flavour that you describe, but it's all down to the wicks, take it apart, trim them down and you should be good to go. Mine is currently vaping perfect... when it's empty I'll post a pic of my build (0.8 dual, wicked with cotton). Keep going, when you get a good build in it you'll be a happy chappy!!

Cousin Itt, here's a pic of my current build. Looks like a fair bit less cotton in there. I think there is too much bulk of cotton on top of your juice channels, I'd also try and get your coils a bit lower, they must be near the top of the chimney which would have the effect of reducing the space the vapour has to circulate before you inhale it, which might be why you aren't getting the flavour. Hard to say from a pic, but your cotton might be a bit tight in the coil too. Keep tweaking, I promise you it's worth the effort. I got lucky and more or less found a sweet-spot on my first build. Of course we are probably using different juice too... I have 40/60 JJ Caramel Blend in this... My build is 0.45 0.3 Kanthal, 8 wraps around a 2mm (might be 2.5) drill bit, coming out at 0.8ohms (and for what it's worth, I'm using it on my Stingray, so ~22w)

Surprising how little is needed. Less is definitely more with the foggers. So long as you enjoy it I'm well happy
