There are two reasons for me wanting to order from you , first , the feedback that you have had and the way you keep everyone updated , whether it's via messages here on the forum or email and PM to customers , which is what everyone would like but few seem to be able to deliver and you that in spades.Secondly , I like to support local companies and me also being a West Sussex guy , it's a no-brainer.it has to be said the first reason is the real reason and you being in my Home county is a very big bonus.

I just need to look at the mixing forums now to look at how to store my liquids.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for your comment! The website is ready, there are a couple of unforeseen hurdles which we need to overcome before it can go online however it should be back very soon.
Its amazing to see all of the feedback from people across various forums / our customers, I don't think we would get such great reviews if we didn't communicate with everyone, its a shame things are taking longer than expected but we would want to be kept up to date so should you!
If you are after a varied order, you are of course welcome to PM / drop me an email, its a shame we missed you the other day as its always nice to put a face to a name! Aside from today or if we are out for meetings you are always welcome to pop by and have a look around / purchase from our warehouse.
Just call in first to check we are in

Hi Everybody,

Please refrain from placing orders currently, we are attempting to pack any ones which have been placed however our Ecommerce system is about to be wiped and we may lose any current order data. We are working as hard as possible to get this sorted, unfortunately the past week has been a living nightmare with both our server company / web developer and have run into multiple unforeseen issues.

Anybody who has placed an order we are unable to fulfil will be refunded within the next 24 hours and a discount code offered for relaunch as a thank you for your patience. I will say again to be clear, please DO NOT place any orders until our new site is running.

Today is a good day, today is a very good day. I am pleased to announce that our website has now been re-launched and is open for orders!

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to everybody for there patience whilst we have been working on our new platform. Everybody we have spoken with during downtime has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, understanding on our situation and also very patient. This has made our lives a lot easier, and as one good turn deserves another, we will be hosting a permanent discount code for all AAEC members as a thank you. Just use code AAEC at the checkouts on spends over £20 to receive 5% off.

Additionally as a thank you to everyone, we will be running a 10% discount until the end of the month, just use code MIXMASTER at checkout to save.

So whats taken us so long, what have we done and where are we going with everything liquid?

We decided to redesign our website as we felt that it was important to portray quality, in line with our current products and service. The shop has had a complete re-haul, products are now easily found and the back end of the store makes things much easier for us to process your orders. In line with the launch we have now included 27 new cappella flavourings and will be adding a further 30 flavour art concentrates. This is however, just the tip of the iceberg.

After numerous meetings with several suppliers, we are now makes steps towards offering the following products for both our consumer and wholesale customers:

- 30ml clear & amber glass bottles with CRC / T/E Caps

- 10, 20, 30, 50, 100ml CRC / T/E Plastic bottles

- More flavourings / additives from different manufacturers

- Luxury mixing kits

Behind the scenes we have had a massive re-haul within the factory, within the past 6 months we have grown exponentially and not really had a chance to catch up or stay on top of things. With orders being on hold for the past two weeks this has allowed us to ensure our full range is now retail ready, pre-packaged and ready for dispatch. This will improve our overall level of service and help us to keep on top of orders moving forward.

For our wholesale customers, we are currently working on a new members section which we aim to release within the next week.
This section will allow manufacturers to view and purchase in bulk without having to call up or request quotes. We will be able to supply the following items and quantities within 1 - 2 working days.

PET / LDPE Bottles - Up to 200k

PG / VG - Up to 500 KG of each, 1 week for IBC's.

Nicotine - Up to 250KG of either PG or VG based - 3 weeks for IBC's.

There is much more in the pipeline, however we will keep a few bits back as otherwise you lot would get bored of us to quickly

Anywhoo, business as usual now. If anybody has any questions or concerns about orders made on the previous site please do get in touch and we will aim to resolve them as soon as possible.
