I fill mine from the top rednutt... hold your thumb over the airflow hole when you fill, put the top part back on one turn, so the threads catch and turn over, take thumb off, wait for bubble of air to come up and tighten the top on fully. Gave up completely on bottom filling as always ended up with a lap full of juice

lairey Managed to fill it from the bottom after correctly placing the o ring and I'm now getting a leak from the airflow? Small hole on the bottom deck. I covered it and opened the top as if top filling and screwed onto thread slightly then turned upside down, let go of air hole and tightened. Got juice on my hand from mouth piece and air hole still leaking. She's on her side just now till I can figure it out. Looks so easy in the videos but it's not

Not good Roscopecotrain , it's just flooding leaking and no real vapour. I gave up and cried myself to sleep
Lost loads of red Astaire and went to make a new 50ml bottle then realised I only had 6ml of concentrate left. So now I've got weak RA and a leaky R91. On a plus note I've charged my 350 batteries ready for the stingray x and learned about the locking ring on it.
I have to go out shopping for my florida holiday today so I'll have another go later when I get home.
I don't think the airflow is right anyway. Seem almost like no airflow. The large air hole control didn't have a grub screw in it so I've now put one in it. Dunno if that makes a difference. At one point after top filling method it was working and not coming out the bottom air hole. Then it was like it lost the pressure and couldn't get a draw and the leak started again.
At first I thought maybe I had too much cotton as I was getting dry hits so pulled it all out and put less in but this May have been too little. Fiddly wee bugger.

rednutt, hoping you will try again, they are fiddly buggers but once you get it right it works great. When you come back to it, make sure that all sections are hand tight. I have noticed that if the sections are nt together snugly, it can cause a loss of pressure and some leakage. Next I would say to ensure that the coil is raised sufficiently off the deck, if the coil is too low, you will have trouble with airflow and leaking as the juice will not have enough time to wick causing flooding. Maybe raise it by .5 of a mm more a see how you go

Thanks guys. Just back in , going to get my wee cuppa and get started on this again. I'll start with the coil first and make sure it's raised a wee bit more. Think I'll stick custardy love child in it as I'll need to get more RA concentrate. Was looking forward to that wee red window hahaha.

One thing to remember, if you're using the top fill method rednutt, is when you take off the top section, make sure that the chimney section hasn't come loose from the base

Roscopecotrain lairey Mrsmac Ok next pic is the leaking again I'm afraid. Top filled to just above window with my thumb covering both holes the whole time. Caught the thread with top cap slightly whipped it upside down with thumb still on holes and watched air bubble go up. quickly tightened the top cap and let go the holes. As you can see in pic all the juice in the window is gone and I have seeping from the wee hole.
When vaping on it it feels real tight but I can get vaper. Not sure for how long though.

MMmmmmmm have you undone the airflow screw? Won't help with leaking but should give it a more airy draw.

As for the leaking it has to be the pressure not right. What i do with my Kayfun Mini which might work with this is to turn it upside down, let all th juice settle down, you may get some out th mouth piece but should just be a few drops, hold your finger over the air intake hole and flip the right way up. Hold it there while all the juice comes down and ettles and then let go.

My other thought is not enough cotton.
