My 8 wraps is 2.2 ohms so 1 extra wrap would lower the ohms slightly correct?  Trying to get my head around all this haha. Next step after this bits mastered is my 18350 battery going in my new stingray x. Don't want to break my new shineys

No an extra wrap will increase the ohms, more wire length equals higher resistance. As rosco says just take a wrap off. Each wrap equates to about 0.2 ohms.
what battery are you using with it, is it vv or vw or just an ego ?

Ok update. As advised I've taken 1 wrap off and it's now 1.9 ohms. Now where's my cotton

If using on a mech I'd rather use a 1.8 ohm coil rather than 2.2.
With a fully charged battery you'll be around 9 watts with 1.8 ohms, with 2.2 ohm you'll be at around 7 watts

Help! Disaster! All my lovely red Astaire is pouring out the the drip tip as I fill from the bottom. I put cotton in and tested fired with some juice then put the chimney on and tested as shown in the video. So put all the tank on and started filling from the bottom. Got about 2 ml in and it poured out

take the top off and see if the little o-ring that seals chimney to top cap is unseated or missing i usually get a lap full of red as i always forget to check after a re wick.

The o ring is sitting on the chimney. Should it be top middle or bottom lol?

put it in the top cap,there should be a recess,it should not be on the chimney when putting together
