Another thought is that the chimney is not going together correctly and the juice is getting into the chamber that way.

Maybe too little cotton? also try and fill with a 18 gauge needle fitted to a syringe and put the tip of the needle to just a fraction above the bottom of the tank and fill slowly @ a 45 degree angle, and stop filling when the air bubble starts to close in.
EDIT: Forgot to add, when i filled my Kayfuns i kept the air hole fully closed until it's filled up and settled in after about 2mins, then i re-opened it slowly to my desired air intake.

Not quite sure what I did but it's stopped leaking. I turned it upside down and bottom filled it just till it reached the window and can't remember if I blew through the mouthpiece or air hole or which way up it was but it's stopped leaking??? I also put the stingray x mouthpiece on and it's helped with the draw. The tip that came with it has a tiny wee hole. Anyway it's working so THANKYOU very much everyone who helped me get this working Here's hoping the juice never runs out and never needs rewicking

Oh and I meant to say it's a heavy wee thing compared to what I'm used to using.

I once had a kayfun that leaked like that. As sin as I filled out, it drained out the other end. I took the whole thing start and put it back together. I adjusted the way I filled it and realised I was filling it too fast, it is a slow fill to ensure correct pressure.
Have you checked all o rings are seated? One in the tip cap, one around each end of middle tank, one around the base fouling block?

Feeling a tad light headed with all my vaping to check it lol. I've put the lock ring on and put it to the side for now. It is ok to leave the battery in it as long as the lock ring on? What about overnight?

What about overnight? Well done rednutt, looks super nice on that stingray with the drip tip. Yes fine to leave battery in it but maybe not overnight just in case.
