Send them this way. They may have bought them by mistake. I'd rather steer a vendor in the right direction than punish them for lack of knowledge.

The real problem is there's vendors setting up merely for profits, rather than the good vendors who are genuinely wanting to help. It's the good ones that'll get the repeat custom and the larger customer base.

yeah, just gave them a quick ring and spoke to the manager. I'm not sure she fully understood, but said to email her so she could pass to her boss (the owner i guess) and said would refund when i came back....so fingers crossed, and hopefully they will stop selling (as I recommended )

Amazing how ignorance could possibly have led to tragedy. How many others are out there from that one shop I ask myself.

Don't worry about the attitude. The supplier probably said either it's a new wrapper or an upgraded battery - or anything along those lines. After all, the suppliers are supposed to know all about what they sell aren't they? Personally I would avoid that shop in future.
