BigLucJohn is what I use too, massively usful. Im glad i. not the only one who uses LucBigjohn. It really is very good, and once you set the correct leg length, usually my coils will read a few 1/100ths of what it says they should read. Hello again to you hijack im grateful of your input too, downloaded the file but it does not like my tab so will grab it on the pc upstairs if i can shoe horn my teenager off it 4 ten mins lol Cheerz fella

My Norton security didn't like it because of low reputation due to no users on their database having used it, so I had to tell Norton it was ok to keep it. Im sure its malware and virus free.

hijack if Iput in the same amount of time in over the years with ecigs as iI have with computers, I'm pretty sure I would be up there with you guys advising people. No offence intended but never liked Norton or McAfee their software always slowed my PC down to a crawl, and always threw up too many false positives inc that program you all seem to love? Na its eset nod32 for me (always has been and always will be) lol Will download it 2mra and check it out thanks guys !

@cra1g - the Russian 91% is a pukka RBA made by Svoemesto, a Russian company. It's based on the Kayfun Lite, another SVM attie, and it has an airflow built into the base like its big brother the Kayfun 3.1. Of course the Fasttech one is a clone, but a very good one, although I've never vaped the real deal so I'm surmising here! We are a very community minded forum, that is true. It amazes me just how generous people are, and as you say how very helpful. It's areal pleasure to be amongst such nice folk, unlike some fora I visit occasionally!

Sounds like things are going well bud , when you get your dripper coiled post a PIC for us and go bud. BTW drippers tend to intensify nic hut and flavour so try a lower nic juice and not the pluid juice lol. As it may well put ya on your ass.

davetherayon sir you are a star as Istumbled on that chart some time ago but couldn't find it again, thanks for the advice its all much clearer now and have bookmarked the thread. So in principle wiring multiple coils is very similar to connecting loudspeakers in series or parallel, in relation to their effect on the amplifier or as it turns out in this case the battery? Thanks again much appreciated ;-) Yes, in that multiple coils = resistors wired in parallel. That's how people obtain sub ohm resistance using dual or quad coil builds, especially a quad coil, with 4 positive posts the you could set up 4 1.4 ohm coils and end up with 1.4 /4 = 0.35 ohms. I never do a quad coil and never go below 0.5 ohms personally for battery reasons though, but that's just me.

As ever still on a learning curve but doing my best to read up on stuff 1st before asking a lot of qustions here. Trouble is just when i think im getting somewhere these guys put me on another path lol, only just got my vamo that i was dribbling over for months and now im reading up on a mech ha ha. still dont think i would trust it though, those 650s could push a car if you plugged them in and could definately relocate my nose if i got a coil wrong lol, still its an interesting read hijack did a very good guide and along with time spent on tinternet i think i have the hang of it all now?? Tried pluid in my rda today with my now 3rd micro coil wicked with rayon ta, and im really not sure what the hell it is im vaping lol. Enjoying making my own and dont think i will go back to taylor made coils now, well at least not singles but may have to get them for the aero tank Romney sorted me with, unless of course they can be micro coiled? Need to look into that igual?? Hope you and the daughter are well bud? Speak soon

Its all very interesting to me and been reading some very good articles today regarding battery safety and ohms law (had to go over the latter a few times till it registered) but i keep asking myself is it all worth the extra effort and risk??? i know leo defo thinks it is just not sure im ready ha ha Thanks again for the info

NP bud, I'll even put a build of your desired resistance in there to get you started!! Your too kind leo been reading up today (batt safety/ohms law) etc its all very interesting at the very least I didn't realise there was so much to read about a 650 lol especially when sub ohming ? Im hoping the vamo is ok tbh as i was hoping for a little time with that and micro coiling for a bit before poss moving upto a mech? But know where to go first when i do. Seems like everytime i get somthing either equipment or even a concentrate its only days before i think crap i should have got that now ha. Just got a quick question if you dont mind leo, are those fuses i read about today (i think there called a kick) worth investing in for anyone who has or is thinking about a mech? I know i would for one feel much safer using a mech if one was fitted?? Cheers fella

Kicks are more so you can use variable voltage on a mech a d safety wise they will cut out if a short is detected. A Vape safe v2 fuse will cut out if a short is present and is resettable I believe. Little one is well many thanks she's looking forward to holiday. Just finished the last if the packing. Off for a week in morning only 100 miles away but its a break for little one.heading to perranporth. How's use little lass? Internet is sketchy there but can normally get 3g hookup via phone lol. Cyas all in a week if I got no net access

Cheers fella This is a great thread and leo is being a star, seems almost like you are being overwhelmed with kindness @cra1g, gotta love AAE-C. The Vamo's circuitry takes care of overloading and over-discharging your battery and the Kick does the same you can adjust the wattage (but you have to open you mod and use a screw driver), do you need one: no, I have one and don't often use it, but they give you a consistent vape until your battery is too low which is not to be sniffed at and peace of mind.
