this is just a wee thread to write your story about what would have happened to you if you hadn't discovered vaping and AAEC as a wee literary thankyou to all the mods and Chrissie (feel free to move if it's in the wrong place - Perpetua, Karma jess)

So I'll set the ball rolling...

I would still be in debt - pretty much definitely. And I would probably have COPD by now or worse. I was a very heavy smoker and had a chest infection every 3 months. I haven't had a chest infection in 3 years!!!

I might have discovered vaping (a few friends had mentioned it) but if I had I'd still be getting ripped off by various vendors who will remain nameless.

My skin and teeth would not look so good and my mental health would have suffered.

Basically my life would not be as good as it is now without vaping

If I didnt get into vaping I would still be on the stinkies spending more then ive got just to keep up the habit. I wouldn't of known about the more advanced p.v items without this forums knowledge.

Coming on to aaec has its benifits the supprt, generosity of people, just being there when you have a bad day and also those guys that spend your money for you.

Just a big thanks here for changing my life and my families life

I'm just a beginner really, but joining this forum the already taught me things that would have taken many months to discover.The generosity of the members here is second to none, and finally in my seven and half months of vaping my health has drastically improved, much more energy now.Well done the AAEC.

I'd have a bit more money!

I was vaping for quite a while before I joined a few months ago, then I signed up and saw all the shiny things I could have

so overall joining cost me money

Finding this lovely community has made vaping a lasting option to smoking. I've learned lots of useful skills, and discovered lots of useful kit icon_shoppingm more than I could ever need

It's helped me help others on their vaping quest, which is even better

And I've made more virtual friends, chatted to more like minded people, than I ever could hope to in my daily life.

Without AAE-C I wouldn't have attempted my first social get together in over 3 years! Ok so it went belly up at the last minute and I couldn't go... buttttt without this forum I would never even have tried.

I would never have known that anything better than cigalikes even existed. I would have struggled to find juice. I would have lost interest.

I would have had nothing to read for months!! I wonder how many more people there are who don't feel confident enough to fully join in, but who visit here every day and get entertained and informed and get vicariously involved with the lovely community here, like I do. (Ugh, that sounds a bit creepy - I promise it's not meant that way!)

I'd be a tall, dark and handsome millionaire, living in a luxurious converted barn in the Cotswolds with a beautiful wife called Polly, two immaculate children called Fontana and Bojangles and a Golden Retriever called Bummer. I was lucky that I had a family member that was heavily in to vapeing, and he sorted me out with an MVP to borrow.
I found this forum whilst looking for info about getting my own MVP
Joined up and learned so much.
The members here are incredible its like a online family, peeps will do all they can to help you.
Since joining I have been privileged to help other peeps and have also converted 3 others.
I have learned to mix my own liquids, make my own coils etc.
And I'm soon going to make my own mod.
None of this would have been possible without the fantastic support from the members on this forum.
Even though Ihad a family member that vaped without AAEC I would have been back on the stinkies as he is very narrow in his vision of what works, here the knowledge is amazing.

Probably would of learnt the alphabet. Someone ask me the other day to say the alphabet and I replied AAEC.

I have come a long way since joining the forum but still haven't mastered the start of the alphabet.

I would probably be still smoking up to 60 per day.

Out of the blue one day a friend gave me a disposable cigalike. I was quite happy smoking and was fully expecting to smoke for the rest of my life. I had long ago given up any thoughts of quitting but that first ecig interested me enough to do some research. The wonderful people here helped me find a kit that completely replaced cigarettes as well as helping me over the snags I encountered on my journey. I now haven't had a cigarette for almost 18 months, my health has improved and there is no awful smell following me about. AAEC and the people here are amazing.

I wouldn't be alive that is a 100% guarantee when I joined on here I was at rock bottom with nothing to live for and would quite happily have ended it
But I spoke to Clivia and things improved and I relised how good a forum could be but was still suicidal then I spoke to someone by pm and nearly give it all up the pm made me feel worse I was really ready to go to visit my maker
but I slept on it and went to the drs got some anti depressants but never took any of them and my life did improve to the point I am great now

so to answer your question this forum give me life
