Evan, I used to (many years ago) make Christmas, wedding cake for friends & family. The cakes themselves where more than OK, but had to get someone else to ice them cos I was hopeless at it  Your cake looks so beautifully iced & you deserve to be proud of it  |

Wise lady Evan! Although I always used to love raw cake mixture, it used to be a great treat to be allowed to lick the food mixer beaters after Mum had made a cake. . . better than eating the baked/finished article. That dates me. |
