If you want something thats super accurate then the ones from here are what you want..

Those are excellent jevans , the supplied batteries aren`t up to much, you`ll get a month out of them. Very accurate. I look at that pic of the American one and wonder how they are judging the accuracy. When was the last time their LCR meter was calibrated, essential when you are looking at low ohms and sub ohm stuff. We get great service from Foclecig on the forum. Less than £9 shipped.
