I recently purchased three innokin coils from myepack, didn't get round to using them till two weeks later, then found that two of the three where dead, now i realize coils are sent DOA and accept that, but thought I'd let myepack know just for their info. Had a reply from Ash(myepack) saying let me know on your next order and I will replace the said coils. Can you get a better vendor than that !, that's first class service for you.

Yup, myepack are generally on the ball.
It's rare that they mess up, but when they do they tend to put it right pretty quickly.
I ordered a pair of vtc4's last week, and they turned up the next day. Good service from those guys.

Ordered early hours of Thursday morning protank 2 , v2 airflow and some needle nose bottles. Arrived today. As usual bloody good service from ash and his team myepack

I've had about 8 or 9 orders from myepack and the service and quality has always been first class. A big hats off to Ash and his staff. I was honestly surprised that they beat the majority of UK vendors on prices overall (although individual items can be had cheaper, they tend to have really competative prices across the board), they also manage to maintain quality and service. MyEpack is one of two UK vendors I use these days for tanks/mods/heads.

Kudos to Ash from me too. Have had a problem with a 50w sigelei mod (screen dead and ohms fluctuating) and he has replaced it and now will be swapping it for the 100w. Can not fault the service and swiftness of his replys to my emails etc. Would recommend Myepack to all beginners, advanced and anyone who is looking for Xmas goodies for their vaping friends (hope the other half reads this).

I av alwayz received well good sevices from the myepack. Ordered some shit late on went out in town clubbin on the ass attack, shiz still getz delivered first thing saturday morning
