It is too big, but 16 x 0.4 = 6.4 mm long

Change the wire to Ni200 Tom and see what the options for DNA40 are, you want a min of 0.1 ohm to get temp limit and 40 W.

You can bookmark with the settings, so can have a series of options EG fav Rose build, Orchid for iStick build, Orchid for DNA40 build,....

That's about what I started with on a Kayfun, prefer twisted 0.2 mm myself.
