jess... last week we had a short, sharp shower, and afterwards I'd never seen such a complete and crisp rainbow... the colours and brightness of it were amazing. So much so, I was dragging colleagues out to witness it. Didn't last long though. A spiritual moment actually.

It's just physics and the reflection & refraction of light, but the do brighten up the view.

Have you noticed they are always the opposite direction from you to the sun or in the same place at a particular time of day?

I love rainbows & they are pretty frequent here. In fact when I first viewed the cottage there was a Rainbow & I took it as a sign that the place was meant for me




Since learnt, it's most likely we get so many due to it raining so often in Cornwall - even when the sun is shining
