I'm using an istick with a nature vape mini and a nature vape coil, new coil 1.3ohm, and it's tasting burnt? I did accidentally turn it up to 5v earlier, do I just need to change the cotton?

Yes, a good starting point, I would turn the Istick to minimum watts and suck it and see till you get your sweet spot, ignore what it says on the istick, just remember what you end up at for next time

3v is the lowest it goes in voltage setting and with your 1.3 ohm coil your at around 7 watts in a normal device but this ay higher due to the odd way the iStick works. If you switch to wattage mode you can set it at 5 watts I think the lowest is.
Maybe you'd be better with something like a 1.8 ohm coil if the 5w setting doesn't improve things.

Press the fire button quickly 3 times, the same as you do 5 times to turn it off, to switch between w and v.

But to achieve 5w the reality is the istick would have to output less than 3volts and I'm unsure if it can do this. set it to 5 watts and if it still tasted burnt you probably need to use a higher resistance coil like 1.8 ohms and set to 5 watts.

Nope won't go below 6.9w/ 3v. It's ok at 3, but go to 3.1 and its burning.
