How much e liquid do you use?

I don't bother to measure how much, I suppose if I was to think about it I fill My protank3 up twice a day but occasionally have others on the go with different flavours
Congrats on first week smoke free just take each day as it comes.
I started on max mg 7 months ago now down to 6 but if I'm having a bad pain day then it goes back up to between 18 and 12mg don't think I will ever get to 0 certainly not in a hurry to try.
Don't think it matters how much you vape just do what suits you to stay off the stinkies

I would not worry about it either. I read posts a while ago as I seemed to be vaping more and more, advice at that time was that I needed to up my Nic as it was withdrawal symptoms. Being twisted I went the other way and dropped it as I realised that while being concerned about my intake, I actually enjoyed the vaping in itself. So I would not be concerned about it, life is too short

I'm not too fussed about it really. It has kept me off regular fags so far, and got rid of the urge. Like most things it's a learning experience. Today was changing the coil in the thing. What a difference. As it's a cartridge type thing I doubt I can get into it without damaging the cartridge, but just out of curiosity I'm going to try. lol

I actually just like the process of vaping, rather than being too precious about the strength or quantity of the juice I use.
I mix my own at 10-12mg, and don't really count up how much I get through daily.
I now use a dripper in the evenings, which may account for a bit more juice, but I have no pressing commitment to lower my nic. Having said that, I may mix some juice at 8mg for dripper use as it is far more pokey and if I vape too much, I get a head rush!

About 8-10 ml aday.

Started 2 months ago 24mg, now on 12mg, will be mixing 8mg next. For me personally the couple of days of small cravings is a walk in the park compared to cold turkey so will carry on to see how low I can go.

8-10ml per day when working. Up to 30ml a day when not (I blame the fogger).

I've tried a few times gradually lower the nic amount but it just doesn't work for me, I need a bit of a kick out of vaping which 18mg gives.
