AAEC has been where I've rested every day since I stopped smoking back in 2010.
I have found a community of people.
I love you all and everyone who stops smoking is a friend.
I drink far too much. Take care of new non smokers.

have to state that I've been 'on the net' 15 years or so?  .... and started in yahoo chatrooms and moved onto msn and then on to social networks and experienced many many forums since but I do feel the need to say that AAEC has a lovely vibe and great members who dont over judge or character assasinate, its very comfy and a lovely meld of people and a very enjoyable place to be  |

aha spaniel I'm an odd one, i actually have moments of clarity -- somewhere between being half cut and paralytic? where I let my guard down and speak (in forked tongues) sense! <<uptight sort>>  but I do reiterate that AAEC is a very comfy suit of armour  |
