e-cigs on the high street

I have sent them feedback:

While I applaud you beginning to sell electronic cigarettes, I feel you suppliers may have misled you. I know that model of e-cig well, and each cartridge comes nowhere close to being equivalent to 20 normal cigarettes. Three is closer to the truth. Similarly, the single battery supplied would not last an average smoker for longer than maybe three hours - and while it's charging (which can take up to four hours), they're without anything to use. The kit as you supply it would barely last me for an hour before I'd need to refill the cartridges and recharge the battery - and I have some experience in e-cigarettes, as you may see at www.vapourtrails.tv
If you would like to discuss this further I would be happy so to do...

Please reconsider your sales pitch on these. As they stand, they are un-recommendable by anyone who has any experience at all with e-cigs, and will serve only to put smokers off using them.

Me too, altho i doubt very much whether they'll actually appear on there, i just said they were grossly overpriced, that i've been using ecigs for 2 years and they're excellent, but i wouldn't buy this one at half the price

Is there anywhere else on the high street where you can buy e-cigs? Part of my job is running groups for people with mental health problems.
I was showing some folks my new cig yesterday and they were very impressed, the problem is tho that not many of them have computers.

Yeah there's Tesco or maybe you can order them for them...

Or else they can get a paypal account (works on most e-cig vendors) which they can also use for ebay (if they have bank accounts) and use the local library for free internet....

I am fortunate. I have a bank account (and a spreadsheet) and am quite high functioning so I can do all this...

Or else can they not get a friend or relative to order them for them if they have the right links?

Everyone in my team is most impressed with my e-cig. Even my consultant . I've even arranged for like the juice (50ml) to be held in the pharmacy and only me to touch it should I get readmitted.

I guess it depends on how high functioning they are?

i can't really order for them as we would be getting into boundary issues and I would get in trouble.

Most are high functioning but quite a few are older and just not computer literate. i'll get them to try Tesco, Thanks x

you could always pass around some company cards where they could make a purchase over the phone possibly ?? i know we have some great vendors that would only too happily help

Have asked Jason to send me a few business cards with his phone number on them with my order. a lot of things now are very difficult for people who don't do computers!

i think thats the best plan ...you could always tell them what to order or even print off a little fact sheet with key points... i know ECCA are looking into producing one soon

Karma, for quite some time, Intellicig (& I think Nucig) sell through various newsagents etc. However, they are quite expensive & they only sell prefilled cartiridges & ciggie lookalikes.

nucig sell through chemists...they are overpriced though but i can say that they work as that is all i am using atm,they do sell juice but i have only tried their golden virginia...all they do is VG...batteries are terrible i kill 1 in 35 mins > but if that is all that is available then it is better than smoking

hopefully i will have 1 next week...4 more days of no cigs and i can have 1...but overpriced the nucig is it has got me off the nasties which is worth every penny but i wish i had received something better off santa as the battery life is trying at the best of times since i found strawberry menthol

Simon, that's just what the friend of my neighbour felt - her little overpriced ciggie lookalike had got her off the nasties. Plus it was saving her money compared to real cigs - & that was with her buying the expensive prefilled cartridges.
