The cotton should sit on the shoulder just above the juice channels, making sure it is not blocking them a bit like this: Also, as already been said, have you checked to ensure all 'O' rings are in place, especially the one in the base of the top cap/top of chimney?

Yep mine is the same, only other thing I can think of is have you got the airflow screw screwd in fully? As you would be literally pulling masses of juice into the chimney flooding it. Other than that ERM to much or to little wick, broken, missing oring. I'm at a loss. Can you post pics of your setup?

Good point about the af screw, it crossed my mind, but for some reason I never mentioned it. ???

On that first pic danliddle you've got some wick over the channel and the threads. It may have come loose when you took the pics, if not, that could cause a problem. Also spread the wick out over the shoulders clear of the channels and threads a little more. All the 'O' rings look present and correct. The build looks generally OK though. Bit of a puzzle.

I've never seen a Kayfun long chimney section with an oring on it before, maybe I'm wrong but that might be stopping the chimney from closing properly and letting juice into the coil. Maybe worth a try mate.

I've just checked all of my Kayfuns & every one has the chimney o-ring, so I doubt that's the problem........10/1 it's the way it's been wicked...........
