myepack trouble

A few weeks ago I ordered my friend an evod kit from myepack and it arrived with a faulty charger. The charger said evod but the batteries didn't screw down properly. I emailed them about it and they ask for a picture, which I sent. But since then they haven't replied, I even sent another email a week later to ask if they got the picture but no reply.

All this time my friend has used my charger but I need it back. Has anyone else had trouble with myepack? I don't know why they can't just send me a new one.

myepack is a very reliable vendor - used them often and never had problems - send Ash a pm here

Also never had a problem with them. They do take a while to reply to emails but I have got them easily on the phone before.

Myepack has been great to me recently. Give them a call, as they can be busy

A great vendor and very approachable but it can be hard to get hold of them sometimes. They've always got back to me though when i've left a message.

Just this minute ordered a sub tank mini, never had any issues with them.

I think the reason myepack SEEM slow in responding sometimes is because they are a VERY busy Vendor. In my experience they do respond and address issues, which is why a lot of folk use and recommend them 'cos they DO respond (they only have a small team, though I'm sure it's getting bigger!)

MyEPack are generally well respected and in my own experience are a great vendor. As keepitgoin has stated, they may be slow to reply due to the sheer number of orders they need to process. Saying that, many members have had better luck pming them here, or by calling them at silly o clock rather than emailing them.

Hope it all gets sorted. Ash from MyEPack has always seemed a decent guy.

Last year my nitecore charger give up the ghost after a few weeks , I emailed Ash around 9pm and got a reply straight away saying to send back and he would replace ! Fantastic service
