I HAVE REMOVED THIS POST AS I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ASH. I originally posted as more emails had not been answered and I wanted to return an item. However I have subsequently found out that ASH at myepack has far more pressing issues at the moment and I do not wish to add to that pressure. My problem is currently being resolved and I would ask that you show patience. Thanks.

Myepack in my experience have excellent customer service and very good service overall I contacted them last night about a replacement insulator for my subtank and was all sorted within a couple of hours. If they hadn't gone out of stock on original sigelei 50w they would have had my cash for that I can't fault them at all.

There are either problems, or there aren't. Small businesses are more susceptible to things like illness etc. Just seems a bit random.

I got my replacement insulator today and ash also included two packs of spare orings for the subtank excellent service and with my limited experience standard for myepack. There are times I wish I had a bigger vape budget so I could reward the good company's out there with more purchases, as to why there is a difference in response time I don't know but I do know myepack and ash respond as soon as they are able or always have when I've dealt with them I honestly can't praise them enough and there are few company's I say that about.
