I used their contact form over the weekend, still waiting for a reply. I also tried sending them an email, using the email adress on their About Us page. That was returned undeliverable, because "The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full." I'm not badmouthing them, I just want to know if their customer services support is generally good

They often take a while to reply in my experience. Try tagging them myepack and maybe ash will see it a bit sooner

Their customer support is really good, best way to contact them is by phone after 2pm

I believe Ash has posted on another thread about his mailbox being full and is in the process of sorting it, he usually sorts things out very quickly once he knows about a problem,,

I emailed them about a problem 3 weeks ago and never heard anything back. I think at the end of the day no matter how nice they are, not answering emails is bad customer service. People simply shouldn't have to wait weeks and weeks without a reply. If the mail box is full I wonder how many other people are not getting a response.

Your better off contacting them via phone, I know they had an issue recently where inbox was jammed full a d they missed a load of messages.

Sounds as if they are overwhelmed occasionally. I mailed them last year about a Coolfire 1 that started continuously firing - even with it turned off! I was really lucky as I was in the same room and noticed the noise of a vaping tank; could have been really nasty if I gone to bed 2 minutes earlier Anyway I never did hear back from them so I assumed it was a lost cause. At work I always put stuff in writing rather than relying on a phone call if something particularly significant - didn't realise the reverse approach would have been more effective in this case!

myepack was online 9hrs ago, and hasn't responded to the tags. No matter how busy they are if he has time to visit the forum he has another 5 minutes to post a respnose. Pardon me, but that's rather shoddy imho.
