@yavape there's an excellent riptrippers vid showing you how to make a 0.5ohm 5 wrap 0.4mm kanthal coil using only one of those wee blue screwdrivers to wrap around. It's one of the easiest rebuildables to as you don't need to wrap the tails around the screw heads due the innovative terminal design. I'll dig out the vid and post the link for you. To make different resistance coils use the same approx 5 wraps but thinner wire, I've also used 0.3 kanthal for 1 ohm. Wow. That rebuild looks a piece of cake. I'm in. Now, where do I purchase one of these bad boys? Takes less than 5 minutes to coil and wick I got mine mine from vapeescape as I do with most things I buy in the UK.

Greg . . . just wondering if you'd be kind enough to rustle up a mini ' guide ' on a separate thread, with links to the equipment needed for rebuilding plus the video links. I could then pop it on the Guide Board, given our current fascination with the Sub Tank it could be useful to have the info on a separate thread & easily found was my thinking. Despite all the info being readily available, it is ever so handy to have it all pulled together in the one place. A picture of your Atlantis collection wouldn't go amiss either.

I'll try and knock something up tomorrow Perpetua although not sure if it will be any good as not done one before, but if you don't try You'll need need to speak to the Man from Atlantas ( Tom) for the latter. Oh there's a custom title right there

Yes and yes I find find them very airy but I like that, letsavit runs them as you infer so best to ask his opinion although I know he rates them.

Will publish tomorrow, you want to make a guide for a spaced coil for it and we can join them?

I assume the rod you refer to is for positioning the coil in when rebuilding the stock head. A drill bit will be fine, if you don't have any take a spare head to the hardware store and ask them for a drill bit or Allen key that fits snugly in the holes.
