chilli or curry

hi - could somebody please recommend a good chili or curry concentrate - I have this idea of yoghurt - cucumber-mint - lemon and chilli or curry in mind - want to try it - then - if it's nice - and only if it's nice I will post the recipy

Problem is....As Well as the Poppadoms, For Authenticity, You'll Have to Throw a V. LARGE % of Alcohol Into the Mix of a Decent Ruby!!!!

Got to be a Very large jug of Lager. Strangely enough it's the only time I like lager. Guinness is my beer of choice except with a Curry.

I'm impressed that they mentioned how it rated on the Scoville scale. But not so impressed when they mentioned how hot it is, think a jalapeno or Tabasco sauce

I might pick some up to experiment with, mind.
