An important reminder to Everyone

As we have quite a few new Vapers here and some forgetful ones (like me!).
I thought I'd remind everyone of the importance of keeping your battery end connector clean and the ends of your atomiser or cartomisers clean and e-juice free don't forget your charger!

If you don't you may get a high resistance connection or none at all, a high resistance connection on your e-cig will reduce the efficiency of your set up, shortening your battery run time and stopping your e-cig from preforming at it's best.

Use some kitchen roll and a cotton bud (dipped in alcohol if you like) to reach in to those hard to get to areas.

I hope those who do this without me preaching will not mind this friendly reminder.

I used to do this, but my cartos kept stopping working right afterwards, they just got worse and worse.

Then it was pointed out to me that using baileys to clean the end of the cartos, is not what's meant by alcohol

Only 7 months - I was kind of expecting a year based on a 300 charge
lifespan (charging once a day). I'm pretty scrupulous about cleaning, but
have bee caught out by leaky thingymisers of various brands
leaving a sizeable pool of juice in the connector.

Don't know if I should post this here or in the I seen a bargain thread but the pound store has two boxes of Johnsons Bud's for a pound at the minute got them tonight

There was no other alcohol in the house, so I panicked & thought "I haven't cleaned any connections in ages"..so that's how come I stole some of his cognac.

I'm sure once you explain to him the technical gubbins behind the reason of why his cognac is the only thing in the whole of the house that is up to the job of keeping you from stabbing him with a blunt kitchen knife in his cold heartless chest he will start to come around
