Without knowing how much wiggle room there is inside its hard to tell. The smallest will be the shorty fdv I think. Regarding fire button never seen the mini in person so no idea sorry.

Not sure you will find it that easy to change the 510 with the current pcb in there as its almost the full length of the box leaving no room. As for changing the fire button its a direct action one that just presses the button on the board underneath so that would be a bit of a challenge too.

Definitely as you will have to drill the old one out its been put in there really well. Im in the middle of converting one to a dna40 so i had to get the old one out today in order to fit one of these linkIf you try and drill it with the board in place there's a good chance of hit the end, then thats game over.

Two ways of doing it. Drill it out with a 9mm drill then use a m10 tap with a 1mm pitch and screw it straight in with some loctight or drill it out to 10mm and use the supplied lock nut. You prob wont be able to use the supplied earth tab as its tight for space but you can solder direct to the 510 itself.

A little tip that caught me out on the fdv 510 was not using enough flux before soldering, just over do it with the flux before soldering the wires to the 510. I know this link is for the sigelei 100w but it's very informative
