I've got the eleaf istick 30w here and it's in the same place it's always been on the bottom. It's just every picture of the smart 30 on fasttech it's a solid plate on the bottom.

My Smart 20 has it in the base along with the CE mark, so I think the pictures of the Smart 30 are just a mockup of the unit rather than a a real photo. I guess I'll find out in a few weeks. Edit: I asked the question on the site. Lets see what they answer.

Someone replied to my post with this picture. And you can see it in the reflection. So I think we can relax, if anyone was stressed about it. Grrr can't get the picture to work.

I'm not sure you'll need a charger, check the size of the battery!

None of these devices have been out that long to really judge. I'm being philosophical about the ones I've bought and thinking of them as being disposable items in the long run. As long as I've enjoyed using them in the meantime, then I'll be quite happy with my buys for the cost. Plus I'm thinking the cases might be of some use to our clever Modders when they do go phut, so hopefully will be recyclable.

It does look like the battery is replaceable if you know what you are doing, and handy with a soldering iron. I have a Smart 20 and very happy with it, so have no problems ordering the 30w version. Do I wait for the Earl to come out, and save yet another £, probably. But as I'm happy with the Smart version I've ordered a 30w. Even if it doesn't have a charging point.

Yep that's how I was thinking of it disposable and I think its great because if you spend lots of pennies on an expensive mod and get bored of it like people do then your loosing a good amount even if you sell ,with these you don't mind getting the next thing that catches your eye.
