I read recently that the average cigarette contains 1.5mg of Nicotine.

I used to smoke 40 super king a day so I was consuming at least 60mg of nicotine daily.

I now Vape about 5ml of 24mg e-juice per day.

Does that equate to 120mg of nicotine daily?

Not sure on the math via the absorption rate but only a very small amount is absorbed per vape.

Yeah you only absorb a fraction of the nic in juice compared to what gets into your bloodstream from cigs

Dr K Farsalinos did quantify this, but I cant fund the study, his site. IIRC you need a decent gen 3 to get close.

Don't worry VapingBad, you don't need to fund the study it's already been done

Thanks all. I have read through most of the links and conclude that I am getting through 30 to 40mg daily.

I do tend to vape at between 5w and 7.5w, depending on the device and my 24mg e-juices do satisfy me and so I will continue with the present dosage.
