Following lairey recipe and leaving it to brew for a month. ... its biscuity, nutty, boozy lovely! Which is odd as I don't much like biscuits and nuts in my eliquid normally! It has the capacity of being a keeper, I see me being bored of it any time soon. Very pleased! And I have no idea of what the original should taste of as never tried it, but this is lush

I like that its not overly sweet or cloying so will make an excellent all-dayer when I'm out with just the one tank. It gives a good kick, must be the bourbon and I get a head rush even though I've mixed it with really low nicotine.

I have a six week old bottle coming to Spain with me next weekend.
Love the stuff so was hard to leave it alone.

It's one of my absolute favourites still - I save it for the evenings and savour that first taste every day!! I ended up making a big big bottle of Castle Long concentrate so I can use it as a 'one shot' and have easy peasy mixing

I bought a bottle of ready made and the connies at the same time, wanted to try one against the other but I've got to say I had no idea what to expect flavour wise so it could have been a bit premature spending 40 odd quid, but that's online shopping after two bottles of wine that is! The original I thought blimmin heck that's some powerful flavour that, and I wasn't actually that sure, but it did grow on me after a few tanks. Made up 200mls in the end, the percentages are too small for buggering about with small mixes, and six weeks later well Wow!! IMHO it's actually better than the original, slightly less punch which is no bad thing because it is more mellow as a result, but a really full and well rounded flavour, definitely one for the ADV arsenal which is good because there's enough concentrate left for another 200ml plus some more to spare happy bunny then!

Have to agree poochops, I definitely prefer the DIY version. I was lucky and ceedee very kindly sent me a sample of the real thing to compare it to. It's nice, but a bit too oakey/smokey for an EDV for me... the DIY on the other hand is an EDV without question
