Great stuff sue - glad it's going well. The cartos will be OK. I put the plastic ends (condoms) back on the ones I am not using and they keep fine

Well Hi again everyone,

I've not had a real cigarette since around 11am this morning!!!!

I don't miss them at all so far

I'm loving my new Riva 1100 as it was so easy to get started.

I've still yet to top up a cartomiser so you never know, it may all go downhill from there

I'll keep updating with my progress and once I get used to the different flavours, I'll tell you my favourites but I'm still like a big kid with a new toy at the moment and I'm not paying much attention to the taste

I'm having a drink tonight and I thought I may want one then but I'm vaping away happily and not having a problem

I'll take one day at a time and see how I go but I hope I've smoked my last cigarette

Bear in mind your taste buds are gonna come flooding back and with that you may well change your vaping flavours.
Be nice to your other half if they are still pulling on them smelly things dont force them just coax them (i think that is my feminine side coming out)
I'm still waiting for wifee to come over from the dark side but a cough every time I walk into the kitchen when she lites one up and reminding her she is gonna have a grandchild in 6 months she is coming around

I'm looking forward to feel the benefits of being off the dreaded weed.

I've stopped smoking several times: Cold turkey, Zyban, Champix, but I've always had withdrawal symptoms big style. Along with feeling irritavle and bad tempered, it has never been pleasant.

This time around, I feel calm and more than happy about stopping smoking and I have absolutley no withdrawal symptoms

I'm working on converting my hubby but he tried mine this morning and half an hour later he said it had given him heartburn!!! ???

I'm going to keep trying to persuade him though
