Ron I've had the pleasure to work in France and Belgium amongst many other countries, what they have, and we seem incapable of, is a healthy disrespect of stupid rules and regulations. As an example a village near Bordeaux introduced a one way system, the locals all said it was a stupid idea, the council removed it! can you imagine that happening here? not an f'ing chance! As an analogy If in France people choose to walk over a peice of grass to get to wherever they are going the french will build a footpath to accommodate them, here we will build a higher wall. Proud to be British, give me a braek, Don't know how to spell thiss correctly !

If this were adopted across Europe what might it mean? - Juices based on tobacco absolute would go.
- natural, organic and any liquid containg a plant extract would go
- The companies making juice from bought concentrate would only be able to use them straight ie not in their own recipe, except where a concentrate maker revealed the precise amounts of ingredients in a juice.
