Recieved mine yesterday. Impressed with packaging. Will post up thought and how the batteries perform over the next week or so... The button top 18650 doesn't fit in my Cloupor mini and I had to de sticker the batteries to get them in my tube mods

Received mine too and the same as jackcustard the nipple tops don't fit in the sigelie 50w etc but I'll give them a hoof through their paces in a couple of mechs and svds.

Received 2x flat top 18350s and finally got around to having a quick look at them; packaging good, labelling good, size OK in my Diablo Reaver (best mech I've got for low v drop). Performed a quick V drop under load (approx. 1.3ohm coil/ 3 amp / 13w) to compare with a new 15C AW IMR, a torchy blue 18350 that's had 30+ cycles and a red efest v2 (just for a laugh as they've been poor since I got them). Winner is the AW with 3.99v at the terminals Last place unsurprisingly the efest with .5v Torchy's held up well considering age/use at 3.7v And the new ones from Jac... pretty respectable 3.95v. Re-did the test at approx. 0.7ohm (6 amp / 25w) just with the two new high drain batteries and both delivered 3.88-3.99v so pretty good for the occasional small factor sub-ohm toot. Rarely use 18350 mechs for longevity and tend to swap out at 3.6-3.7v so capacity test not going to be much use. Cheers

Anyone else having problems with the size of the 18650s? 1mm too long for my M65 and the shoulder (the crimp) makes a tight fit in a nemesis. Rarely use 18350 mechs for longevity and tend to swap out at 3.6-3.7v so capacity test not going to be much use. Cheers That result matches my observations so far with the 18350. Internal Resistance (DC) of the 18350 is 23 milliohms after the first full charge. Looking good for that one so far IR of the 18650 is 18 milliohms, on the money for a 20 Amper. They need a few cycles for the capacity tests though.

They're bloody huuuuge Ripshod they don't fit in the sigelie 50w but I was expecting that due to the tolerances but they don't fit in the nippers hana which has had nipple tops in previously. Not far off but enough to not fit they fit in the nemi but the amount it moves the switch out is unsightly. I'll try again with the kick ring installed. So far the performance seems fine for what they are.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback so far, much appreciated.
The compatiblity issues (Siglei etc) is useful information, as it will allow us to let customers know what the batteries won't work with (the 18650s in particular). We're looking at a flat top version as well, which will open up the possibilities.
With regards to the Xpro specifically, the 18650s are fully compatible here. I'm running one of our 2500mAh 20A 18650 cells in an Xpro M50 (65W) at the moment as it happens.

Made me try it again, the same cell won't fit my M65 without crushing. There's no wires in the way or anything

Got 2 18650s to review. A10a and a 20a.
The 10a 2900 mAH cell performed as expected, giving good capacity at 1,1.5 and 1.7 ohms and decent runtime at 0.7 ohms. Runtime decreased dramatically at 0.5 ohms (8.4A) internal resistance was 36milliohms.
The 20A 2500mAH cell was just a little way behind the Samsung 25 r in terms of runtime, supporting coils down to 0.2 ohms before runtime crashed. (This is a little over the stated 20A continuous rating however).
Both cells performed well enough in use, but I haven't had the time to check out how they perform in terms of recharge cycles(how many times they can be charged before capacity drops off)
In terms of physical size, both cells are too long for many mods. They work fine in a vamo, but are too long for a caravela (button won't screw on securely), smokwell ( door won't close) and they cause the buttons on a stingray and nemesis to protrude uncomfortably.
the 20A cell retails at 14.99 and the 10A at 12.99, both of which are significantly higher than would be expected.

Ignoring the price: I'm disappointed they don't fit my M65. Would be a great match <50Watts otherwise. They are a clear 1.5mm longer than the old AWs that I started with Thanks for the confirmation thatguy ETA: Won't fit my Hana clone, or my shiny new SMY60W. Just about the only regulated mod it'll fit is my BEC Pro, and that's with a couple of threads showing. However, on a plus note, the 18350 is going great guns, a nice sliding fit in my nemesis thumb up

Do they have a fuse wrapped into them?

I don't understand how they are longer - 18 is the width in mm, 650 is the length in mm. Do they have a fuse wrapped into them? Maybe I got a rogue, I can't say. But the one I have here is 67.8mm long. It doesn't look a lot, but it's massive for kit designed around the 18650 spec. It won't fit a Hana clone, M65 or my SMY60. The shoulder at the top is also wider than the rest of the battery making it the same width as the rest including the label. I can get it in a nemesis - just - so all my usage data will be based on a mech. ETA: I can't even get it in my head torch

Someone needs to un-wrap these and see what's going on.
