They have now agreed I can return it , I am waiting for an RM number, they will refund my postage $40-50 and replace said item. Looks like the slow boat will be involved That should read 40-50% postage costs.

It's seems to be a standard request from many Chinese Vendors, asking for a video Phoenix . for anything defective . . . I guess they can easily be taken advantage of without some proof, not that I'm suggesting you are for a moment. It's happened once to me, like you I said I wouldn't have the faintest idea - because I haven't! I did get refunded . . . . . I am a regular customer of theirs, and never had a problem with batts that I have bought from them. Why would I want to take advantage of them just for 20quid, my concscience would not allow me to cheat anyone. Sadly, not everyone is as honest as you are Phoenix . . . . regular customer or not, as always it's the few that spoil it for the genuine many who do play the game. Don't take it personally or feel slighted in any way. How did you get a refund without all this palava perp A fairly substantial meltdown, after a little toing and froing . . . not pretty, even over the internet! Looks like you're some way to your resolution now though.

I feel your pain Phoenix . I have the same slight irritation with Fasttech at the moment asking me for a video of some coils that do not work.... GS Air that they list as authentic (actually has GS Air bottom with GS16s top so prob not authentic) works great however the coils that they list as matching don't actually work with their model, they have different tops to them, the coil with the supposed authentic has a recessed top but the coils that they have sent as 'supposed' to be matching do not have a recessed top and therefore although they fit and fire they don't actually allow any airflow through the atomiser and therefore do not work grrrrr. They asked me to push the rubber seal down but as the top of the coil is sealed metal I'd have a job doing that! Now asking me for video when I have already clearly shown them with pictures that the coils are totally different, lord the ones they sent don't even match their SKU picture!

I will certainly have a play with the phone now, I never knew there were so many options when taking photo's, as I don't normally use it a lot. I will now ,very useful information for a noobie like me.

They will send a replacement. Try returning something to a shop in this country if you want to find out what poor customer service is all about. Certainly less than 50% chance of getting a replacement or your money back.

I returned a £6 vamo chip in Jan that was DOA. They promptly returned my £3 postage that I paid to send it back to them. They still reckon they havent received it after 4 months. I hope you have better luck with getting yours sorted. I need to up date my previously negative post on returns phoenix. I messaged FT last night asking if my parts had arrived & they said yes. Ive been waiting like a plonker for 4 months for them to say they had received it. Moral of the story is if you send it back give it 2 weeks and keep asking 'is it there yet?'
