I have heard of other implements that can be used to smoke other stuff which you don't have to use tobacco in? I've also heard that other stuff doesn't have to be smoked, i'm sure there are some good cookie recipes on the net?

Just use your e-cig to cut down a bit at the moment and count the ciggies you don't have not the ones you have

My sister told me to see if my doctor will give me Champix but I have a history of depression and heart problems so I wouldnt have thought I could have it.

You could vape other stuff on it's own, without the tobacco, in the evening. But you'd need seperate equipment for that www.vaporgenie.com/

I don't touch the other stuff, haven't for years, but as a teen I liked it, I also remember an electronic vaporising pipe I had, and this would have been in the 90's it had the chamber, a big glass dome that sat on the table, you put the other stuff on the little plate in the chamber, and it was heated into vapour electronically, then you'd suck through a tube coming out of the chamber, I can't find it now though.
