........tonight has done us no favours:

1)  The guy that owns a vape cafe admits to selling to under age persons rather than then start smoking.

2)  Interview 2 "kids" vaping ce5's, at least one admitted to giving up smoking using it.

3)  Interview in the school shows that a minority have tried but others that haven't bang on about the "chemicals" with no clarification.

4)  In the studio they bang on about all the flavours available and how they are like alcopops.


Well done BBC, still towing the line..........

hi all

so this just happened to be on in the background, its not my regular viewing...ahem!!

article about vaping (the vape cafe in tunbridge wells) and children........
bloody bbc....the only positive points were raised by the vender of the shop the presenter and tone of article had a negative tone about it with the presenter stating the flavors (gummy bear) were targeted directly at children....because adult vapers should obviously only smoke tar or mud flavored liquids!!

Just saw that, the crap about targeting kids is annoying, i'm a man in my 40's guess what i like fruit and candy, what's this assumption that anything sweet is for kids rubbish for?
They also made no effort to point out this guy running the cafe is in a very small minority and the majority of outlets already voluntarily only sell to over 18's.

They also scare monger by saying 1 out of 5 teenagers have tried vaping, they don't however mention the number that have tried smoking.

Thanks jess. I saw the others once mine was there so tried to delete it. I also thought it was a load of tosh. At one point the reporter was forced to say vaping was a good thing, but then said it should be banned till there was more research. He also alluded that the reason for all the flavours was to attract children. I'm 59 BBC and I love custard and fruity flavours. So get off your high horse and effin listen for a change.

It is quite funny coming from a channel who have as one of their biggest most popular shows people making cakes, funny though that it's not broadcast on their kids channel what with anything sweet obviously being targeted at kids.
