At long last I have got a decent microcoil build in one of these buggers! Can't take any credit as I used igual guide and pictures, so the credit is all his.
I am going to do a couple more and make sure they don't leak over a period of a few days.
If positive I will be in a position to recoil these for peeps, however I will have to make a nominal charge (20p a head) as I am going to go through drill bits for England.
Will update later in the week.

Hehe no have a family fund caravan at perranporth for first week of June, because of gremlins autism we cannot go at peak times so were going just after half term. Personally haven is my idea of hell lol but little one loves it and I like the local pub so not all is lost According to gremlin though I'm only allowed Guinness when in holiday. Be a shame to dissapoint

Will update later in the week. Surprised no one has done this yet. I would charge a bit more than 20p a head, though. There is your wick and wire to take in to consideration. I can do my own sub-tank coils, but the mini-nautilus heads - things are too small for me and end up chucking em across the room. Keep us posted@prr, as I've got 10-12 need doing if that is ok with you?

No problem stonethecrows I don't seek to make a profit but being unemployed I do protank type heads foc except return postage, the bvc coils are going to wear out drill bits really quickly hence the 20p a head and return postage. I've learnt a lot on here and this is my way of giving a bit back.

You are too nice and happy to send you drill bits if you give me details!

You are too nice and happy to send you drill bits if you give me details! As said I don't seek to make a profit, so far I've used wilko's titanium coated 3mm bits and am getting 5 heads drilled out before they start dragging. If you wanted to send drill bits then the nominal charge wouldn't apply because I wouldn't have to buy the drill bits! Let the ones I've done prove they are good enough to do for peeps and then if the are OK I'm more than happy to do them for forum members. Regards, Paul. ( whereabouts in Bromley do you live, I lived in Hollwood road and worked at cosmos house on Bromley common, played cricket at Biggin hill)
