FastTech e-packet REASONABLY impressed

Did an order last Friday, noticed everything was 'in stock' so I thought "lets try out this e-packet malarkey"

Wish I hadn't bothered. I realise they had a long weekend BUT my parcel is still 'packing' and has been since Monday morning, everything still shows as in stock and ready to send.

I sent a ticket last night asking what the problem is (They haven't replied) and at the top it quoted my order number and said "Parcel will be dispatched 09:00 23rd June"
well this would have been around 09:00 on the 24th.

So far my superfast e-packet has taken 5 days and they haven't even packed it yet

They were on holiday so probably taking time to get through a stack of built up orders. The E-packet only refers to the postal service, it won't make them pack it any faster. When poste you'll see it in around 7 days on average.

I had the same issue. Never fear... I am expecting a Golden Goose to now fly it to the Mediterranean, swap shifts with a Bugati Veyron and pass it to some migrants at Calais.
Then the Royal Fail will employ a turbo-charged snail to slime it's merry way up the M40 stopping off at all the services for quadruple espresso-mocha-chino-latte and a quick vape.

well fwiw having put a few orders thru using the e-packet option post actual shipping things tend to arrive within 10 days.

what caught my eye recently was the epacket estimated times were 9-14 days while bog standard mail was 6-20 days or therabouts.

so i have opted for standard mail on the last few orders which have been held up due to the holiday and one or two items due in a few days.. and am keeping my fingers crossed for delivery within 6+ days

Biggest delay I've had recently (APART from slow-packers@FastTech) is the morons at Heathrow, last one was sat there for 6 days

biggest source of frustration to me is when i stoopidly fall for a presale the constant logging on to check status invariably followed by disappointment, and then when the things finally arrive i suspect the sellers fill new orders first thinking us presale fools have waited long enough already we can wait another week or 2 too.

I wouldn't say that's a E Packet issue, more a FT dispatch problem, i have used E Pkt everytime it was offered, longest i have waited (And this is to the Highlands) is 7 Days, best 4 Days.

FT are always slow but for the prices it doesn't bother me. I'd be pissed if the stuff was garbage but so far I've gotten impressive quality for peanuts.

I've only had small wee things lately from FT but the same experience. Why even bother with Singapore Post when they don't have enough planes?

Back on standard free shipping for me . No stalking - no stress
