I haven't found that getting a UC has really helped with steeping, but you can't beat it for cleaning tanks; wouldn't be without it, for that reason alone. One flavour I tried to steep in the UC turned entirely flavourless, so occasionally using the UC can work against you. I've had to learn to wait lol. Tend to buy juices that can be vaped more or less straight away anyway at the moment. Tbh the only time I've seen any faster steeping was when I sat for 10 minutes lightly squeezing a bottle (lemon cheesecake), including shaking it a bit, to release bubbles. Interesting to try, but way too time consuming, lol, so everyone's advice about getting into a cycle of mixing sounds great to me.

Plastic is porous, so it allows the eliquid within to ' breathe ' So how come "fizzy" drinks are put in plastic bottles?? Jim

I'll counter with a suggestion to mix some VC or a Dessert flavour that requires time to steep and split the brew between a glass and plastic bottle. Store in exactly the same way, then test the flavour in the two bottles at the same intervals - see if you can tell a difference.
