That's puzzling. You're bound to have a new coil and wick in if it's the rba, and know what thickness of juice you're using, so I'd have thought a good clean would fix anything. You have access to an ultrasonic cleaner?, as that would blast any remaining grime away.

Turn them both upside down and swap the coils over if it's still the same swap the bases over to see if it's any different. Can't see how it would make any difference but it's worth a shot. Are you using the rba base or the standard coils?

If you do this make sure you remove the oring and the grommit first

Empty your tank and take the occ coil out and take a puff if you get an airy draw then its your occ coil thats the problem if it still seems blocked then its your airflow control that is the problem

Are you using genuine kanger OCC heads or clones. Are you recoiling the occ heads or just using as bought ?
Try the coil from your wife's atty in yours to confirm or discount it's a coil issue.

Im sure this isnt the case, but on some mods i find my index finger curls around the atty base and depending on how its screwed down and is aligned can block one of the air intakes on subtank mini's..

Sounds like an issue with the airflow base then, either ultrasonic it or stick it hot water as suggested after removing rubber bits.

Oh have you checked there's nothing stuck in the upper air tube, like fluff from pocket etc. Talk the tank section of and see it there's anything obstructing.

If it was fine, and then developed the blockage, it is almost certainly dirt/fluff has got into somewhere. Sounds like the air flow base from the replies. That part does come apart by unscrewing, but be careful not to lose the ball bearing!. Like toots did She found it again though, sheer luck!
