The US serials are very slick and very well made because of the big budgets. I watched Law & Order UK..Not a patch on the US version..

There is one which Amanda Redman stars in solving old cases..I watch it occasionally but the US ones are really great.

Don't lie, I was planning on moving there soon, I was looking forward to all of peters wild shenanigans, I was going to help stewie with his plan too

Quahog is the Narragansett Indian name for a clam and is frequently used here in RI.

I don't watch much television anymore, but when I did I preferred British shows to American ones. My favorites were:
Fawlty Towers
Are you being served?
Monty Python (of course)
Benny Hill
Upstairs Downstairs (the original)
Keeping up appearances
I Claudius

to name a few.
