They are glen, but with the thread title in mind it is worth spending the extra 50% on the EFusion, better vape even below 40 W, any wire & fw updatable.

Point taken, lol*sorry* Don't be sorry, they are a cracking single 18650 mod and I would definitely get one if I didn't already have 3 x DNA40s and 2 DNA200s.

The DNA40s are now mostly for dog or hill walking, while doing DIY on the house and out and about rough stuff, they are still fantastic, but there is a new king on the block and given the choice I will always go for the best vape I have to hand.

Quick question tho just out of curiosity, is the DNA 200 worth the extra cost/OA size increase if you have no intentions of plugging into a pc and fooling around with it?

Quick question tho just out of curiosity, is the DNA 200 worth the extra cost/OA size increase if you have no intentions of plugging into a pc and fooling around with it? Yes IMO, most things can be adjusted without a PC except adding new wire TCRs, changing pre-heat (watts, punch & time), battery capacity (should have been set during production) and out of the box the Kanthal limit is only set to 100 W and you need to change these on a PC. Ideally at least set these on a PC then only connect it up for fw updates (there have been 10 including previews since release 29/6/15), it is quicker to set up profiles (it has 8) on the PC but not necessary. The PC tools are very useful for setting up atties and profiles to help understand the effect of changes, check batteries, check connection stability and the device it's self, but they not necessary and I don't use them as much as I did at first because I learnt from using them and have settled on a few std builds. There are graphics, text, brightnesses, screen timing and other tweaks that don't effect the vape and need setting on the PC to, but they are not as important and can be left at the defaults.

glen how are you getting on with your epetite? I'm so close to pushing the button on the preorder from Vapegeek but I can't find a review on them anywhere.
