Hi all

Just wanted to say a BIG thank_you_smileyto you all for the great advice you gave me on which set up to go for

(I had been trying to quit the stinkies but my ego style pen thingy just wasn't doing it for me so kept on the rollies)

I purchase an istick 50w and nautilus mini and a few bottles of 30pg/70vg 18mg juice(which arrived Saturday morning)

set it up and WOW what a difference I had 2 rollies on Saturday but since then haven't had any.

I can't believe the difference the istick and nautilus has made no cravings thought I might get the "I NEED A FAG!!!" when I have a couple of glasses of wine

but I didn't, just kept vaping  so *fingers*It's doing the job.

Talking of smells/smellies, since giving up smoking, I've treated myself to a regular supply of my favourites from Lush. I can now not only smell the mproperly but can easily afford to treat myself to them
