Far too much religion and politics being rammed down my throat by the media without seeking it in my leisure time.
However I'm all for a little corner where people who wish can air their views, without affecting others.

It'll be strange belonging to a forum & not contributing to a board, but, taking into account my total lack of interest/belief in both subjects, I shall be absconding from it..... However, I wish all those participating in it, the very best & look forward to hearing about who has fallen out with who & who has left/been banned from the forum....................................  We can only endeavour with the best of intentions Chris to keep as many Members as possible enjoying and participating in the forum. Our new Board we didn't anticipate being for everyone and why should it when we all enjoy activities that have specific interests for us as individuals. Neither is there a need for anyone to fall out or be banned if topics are debated in a mature fashion. Forum and Proboards Rules apply to this Board as much as any other. I realise your post has a tongue in cheek/humourous edge to it . . . . the intention is to clarify how we envisage it's place within our forum.  "Life...........is just a bowl of tricks!!!!!!" |

Everyone who as applied so far has been accepted & at the moment, I can't think of any member that wouldn't be. The only reason I have set the group as members needing to request to join, is so that, for instance, a "new" member joins just to cause trouble. |

I think for the time being I'm out. I know from the past that reading these sorts of threads can get me incredibly riled up, and I've found myself feeling angry towards other members whose views are opposite to my own. I don't want to feel that way towards people on this forum just because my views on 'life the universe and everything' are not compatible with theirs. Many of them have been really helpful during my vaping life, and to me that's what I'm here for and what I appreciate. It's a good idea imo to have it as a seperate group Chrissie |
