Second class postage
Envelope
Label and other printing costs
Along with time taken to pack and the trip to the post office/post box
The seller is making around -£1.00-1.20 on the sale
In many ways far less than the cost of driving down to the shops or even getting the bus

Probably a guy with zero morals that has unlimited access to sample pots, stationary and a franking machine courtesy of the nhs, and probably a secretary to do all the legwork.

I think that's a pretty cool idea.
Needs some springy foam in the bottom of the tube to stop rattling (unless the caps will press firm).
Looks like they are glass in the picture, though.
I wonder what the dimensions are (I just wasted a little time browsing for 19 / 20mm * 70>75mm flat bottomed plastic tubes with push stoppers).
