My wife & I tend to spend a lot of time on our computers before bedtime, facebook, AAEC, poker etc. We both tend to chain vape, 6mg juice in drippers & we noticed a few weeks ago that we were both having trouble getting off to sleep when we did get to bed. We were tired, but sleep was elusive for a few hours, to the extent that it was 2:00 or so in the morning we reckon before eventually landing in the land of nod.
We though that maybe it was the nicotine acting as a stimulant, a bit like late night coffee. So as an experiment we switched to 0mg juice at about 9:00pm, and guess what, no more troubles getting off to sleep.
Anyone else noticing vaping affecting their sleep patterns, sure we cant be alone?

Lol ... I need my nicotine and often waken in the night for a few tokes but I never have trouble getting to sleep again ... I have a mod and tank which I keep on the bedside cabinet solely for that purpose.

In all honesty I'm so knackered by the time I get to bed . . . that my head goes on the pillow and I'm gone, away to the land of Nod. Though I do always keep a mod/tank/nicotine on the bedside cabinet to use if I should wake during the night.

It does keep you up. When I started and was using 18mg in a crappy clearo things were fine, but as soon as I tried my 1st decent atty I had a week of sleepless nights. Then I cut the nic down to 10 and now use 6mg in my big cloud tanks.

I think you've got a point. Vaping a lot until mid-evening, and nearer sleep time just keeping gear nearby for a few drags (24mg), works well.

It's horses for courses, we all different, night before last, jet lagged wide awake 4 am, downstairs full light on half hour vaping got tired slept for another 12 hours, this morning 12.30 am no light just vaped, 3 am before sleep, we all react diffrent, sometimes it helps sometimes you sit and think, worse thing to do if tired. some say computers tablets etc keep you awake some say sends them to sleep (think apple good for this with new OP systems download lol). Have to work out whats best for sleep, try whiskey, never fails for me lol.
