Sits well on the IPV D2. Just ordered another from Gearbest EU for a tad over £18

robbyI have tried one coil but had some leaking due to me not getting the cotton down into the juice channels. When it wasnt leaking, the flavour and clouds were fab. I am away from home so will wait until I get home to try again as I have come away with only one Muji pad and of course, that was used in my "Scottish Roll" wick. I am using the supplied triple coil, which is amazing but not quite as good as the rebuildable deck. I will have to get a dual rebuildable deck though I am loath to buy a pack of 5 from Gearbest China. I should have some Clapton wire coming this week so that will be interesting to try in the TFV4, never tried the Clapton before.

The clapton coils look interesting. It certainly seems like a tank for playing with I am yet to try this Scottish Roll wick, been too busy trying to stop the Zephyrus from leaking only to discover a crack down the chimney section which is letting juice in and flooding the deck!

I stuck a clapton in the single RBA deck (dont have the double) and wicked it using that new method and its vaping great at 60w, i made sure to put the tails down the juice channels and have never had any leaging at all.I was that impressed i ordered another from Gear best, also received the Uwell Crown from FT running one of the stock coils and another fantastic atty imo.
I think were seeing some fantastic tanks, even the idea of the stock coils is not putting me off as you seem to get a hell of a use before they need replacing, for example i ran the triple coil on the TFV4 for nearly a month, and only changed due to the cotton being manky.

car147. do you think the triple coil would have cleaned up in an ultra-sonic? I have ended up ordering a couple of dual re-buildable bases from FT at a tad over £4 each.

I'm a real fan of the subtank minis, got four of them. I like them very much, but they're not quite airy enough unless I'm really lucky when I rebuild an OCC head. The RBAs are OK, but struggle to get them just right. So, is the tfv4 going to be a big improvement? Read about more air so wondered if it's worth buying a couple. Opinions from those who have both please...thanks - Bob

I will own both very soon thanks to the lovely bones3 Compared to the Zephyrus the Subtank does seem tight airflow wise so I imagine it will seem tight compared with the TFV4 too.

You cant close the air off completely because just as you finally close the airflow ring, it starts to open up on the next quarter (4 air slots)

I'd like to know how the tfv4 compares to a subtank mini with a tc build on the supplied rebuildable deck if anyone has any experience. Jay
